Within India: ₹80 standard, complimentary on orders over ₹1,500. International: quoted per piece based on weight and destination.
Ready-to-ship pieces leave Bangalore within two business days. Made-to-order pieces take one to three weeks of composition, then dispatch. India delivery is usually three to five days after.
Yes — pieces have travelled to the UK, Australia, the US, Singapore, and the UAE. WhatsApp the atelier with your destination for a quote.

Ready-to-ship pieces are returnable within seven days of delivery if unused. Bespoke commissions are considered case by case — they were composed for you. WhatsApp the atelier and a resolution will be found.
Hand-wash in cool water with mild soap. Do not wring — gently squeeze. Lay flat to dry, never tumble dry. A printed care card accompanies every piece.
Nursery items (baby blankets, booties, rattles) on a gentle cycle in a mesh bag — yes. Everything else, hand-wash to preserve the shape.
Send a photograph. Small repairs are complimentary for one year after purchase. Larger repairs incur a small materials charge.
